When you vote, bring your child

Whether you are voting in advance or on election day, bring your child with you to the voting station.

You’re never too young to start learning about democracy.

More than anyone else in their lives, parents have the greatest influence on their children. When you talk about the electoral process with your children and bring them with you when you vote, you’re teaching them that voting is important. You’re teaching your children to be contributing citizens.

Get your “Future Voter” sticker!

All children and youth attending voting stations with their parents will receive a Future Voter sticker.

Allow younger children to create their own Future Voter Pledge Card. There’s a spot on the card to place the “Future Voter” sticker to make it official.
